Controller
The controller is the company that decides why and how your data is processed. For this site that is Advanced Robotics, not any other company in the group.
Data we collect
This site collects data only when you write to us, plus the technical data of anyone visiting. We don’t buy lists, we don’t enrich your data from other sources, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
What we collect: your name, company, email, phone number and whatever you write about the process you would like to automate.
Why: to answer you and, if a project comes of it, to run it.
Legal basis: your consent, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
How long: as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. If a commercial relationship follows, for the life of that relationship and for the periods the law requires afterwards.
What we collect: your name, email, phone number, area of interest, experience, willingness to travel, the CV you attach and what you write about yourself. A CV can hold other personal data: you decide what goes in it.
Why: to assess your application.
Legal basis: your consent.
How long: 24 months from the date you send it, then we delete it. It is the same period we state on the Careers page.
Browsing
Like any site, we collect technical browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, where you came from, date and time. It keeps the site working and tells us which pages get read.
This data comes from the cookies set by the HubSpot tracking code, covered in the section below.
Outside suppliers
This site loads one external service. We don’t use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA, social buttons or pixels, embedded maps, third-party video or external fonts. The videos you see are hosted on our own servers.
Besides HubSpot, your data can be seen by the people at Advanced Robotics whose job it is — sales for enquiries, whoever handles hiring for applications — and by authorities or professional advisers where the law requires it. We don’t pass it to anyone else and we don’t publish it.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file the site saves on your device. This site uses two kinds, and only the second needs your consent.
They keep the site and the forms working. Without them the site doesn’t function, so they need no consent and can’t be switched off here.
They recognise your browser between visits and link the pages you viewed to your contact record, if you have written to us before. They are only set if you agree, through the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your mind at any time.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings; every browser has its own procedure, under cookies or privacy in its help. Blocking the technical cookies will stop parts of the site working.
Your rights
European Regulation 2016/679 gives you these rights over data about you. Exercising them is free and we answer within one month.
To exercise them, write to info@advanced-robotics.it. If you have sent us your CV and want it deleted before the 24 months are up, just ask: we will.
